"How is love wrong? In whatever form it takes, how is love wrong?"

[Quote from HBO's "OZ"]

Photo taken from inside my car as I sat at a red light along Santa Monica Blvd. in West Hollywood, California. When I looked over and saw this scene, I only prayed that the camera would cooperate and I'd be fast enough to get the shot. :D I didn't even have time to look at the camera when I took it, I just zoomed, aimed and hoped for the best!

This has to be my favorite 'people' shot that I've taken all year. ♥

Good one and true quote;)

Thank you and omg, I LOVVVVVVVVVVVVE your Yul Brynner icon! FTW!

For a quick point-and-shoot, this has turned out really well! It's either great framing or excellent cropping; a really nice shot.

And yeah, good message too.

Thanks so much! I only had to crop it a bit, the original was from their shoulders down to their knees, but I really wanted to accentuate their clasped hands (and I *LOVE* hands). :)

P.S. Ur icon: YES, yes, YES! B/K! :D

The moment is so well captured! well done! And I can't agree more with the message behind it!

Thank you! I just love that quote, it's one of my favs. :)

This photo is beautiful! :)

Beautiful picture and beautiful message !!

Because, God intended relationships to be a certain way. He created us,and he has the right to set the standards we're to live by. He makes it clear that same sex relationships are unnatural and a perversion of what was intended. Simply having urges doesn't mean they're right or that they should be acted on. They're a product of a fallen world and man's continued attempts to act like he knows more than God. And no, thse urges aren't from God, because God does not bring evil. We're the ones who use our free will to do evil to each other. We need to stop trying to redefine what has been in place since the beginning of time and accept God's intention for our lives, period. It doesn't matter how we try to repackage sin or normalize it, we can't make it anything other than what it is. And it doesn't matter how vehemently we try to deny the truth or reject God, in the end, his truth is the only truth that will matter, plain and simple. And it is those who reject this truth and choose to live in sin who will pay the price when they stand in judgement. It's time we turned back to God and stopped thinking we know better and trying to go our own way, which only leads to failure. People tend to think it's narrow minded, but the right road is a narrow path, it's the wide road that leads to destruction. It harks back to what was said above, that if God created us, he certainly has the right to give us his standards for our lives. No one is forced to accept them, but it doesn't mean they aren't true.

And no, this is NOT hate or bigotry, period. Speaking the truth is done out of LOVE, and a desire to see people turn away from an ultiimately deceptive and wrong path. Not all are like the haters from Wesboro, they give a wrong and incorrect view of the truth they claim to preach.

He makes it clear that same sex relationships are unnatural and a perversion of what was intended.

I think to call any form of love a perversion is unnatural.

Btw, it makes me wonder...why did you retract your comment when you posted as buffyangellvr23? Why hide if you're speaking the "truth"? Hope your holiday is filled with love...of all perverse kinds. Peace.
