From 2009 to early this year I took images of bridges in the hopes I could turn it into a coffee table book, pictures, tidbits of information, location map and/or stats. Did not work out so I am just opening the floodgates to what I considered my best ... you may vote for whichever one you like best. I will never win any awards for these but I hope it will spur the imagination of others on their photographic quests.

The 1st and 3rd photos are my favorites but I like them all. Is #3 an old railroad trestle? There are none of them left anywhere around me.

Thank you for sharing :)

I was hoping for more comments on my images, constructive feedback, etc.

The #3 image if one looks closely has a train on it. It is this bridge right here ... images also mine. I have more still.

The #1 image is a bridge that "officially" "Does not exist." I have extras of that as well.

Thanks for the link. Photos 3 & 4 are the best. I wonder how old that trestle is?

Re: your first photo, was that for cars and foot traffic?

In photo 3 I see the train now. I'm surprised that trestle is still in use.

That is a nice view upstream? in the last photo.

Sorry you have not had more comments re: your photos. I cannot recall seeing any old bridges posted even in rural_ruin. I hope you will post more, I find them interesting.

All of these pictures are lovely, but I think the one that I love the best (if I had to choose one) is the first one. It gives a "bridge to another world" kind of vibe with the way the bridge is structured and how the trees create a frame around it.
